Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Economics, Law, Humanities or related field.
• Proven experience as HR Generalist or similar roles in international organizations.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in multicultural and global environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across national and international locations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS and data analytics is a plus.

• Partner with the business on day-to-day HR activities aligning priorities with people strategies.
• Support managers through onboarding, development, performance management, mobility and retention.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare analyses and reports for decisions.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational design and development initiatives.
• Participate in international HR projects and deploy global HR processes and policies.
• Manage employee relations, engagement and change management activities.
• Collaborate with local HR teams across regions to ensure consistency of initiatives.
• Support planning, recruiting and talent management with Business Unit Centers of Expertise.
