Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an HR Controlling and Organization Analyst to transform people data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development to drive workforce planning, reporting, and analytics.

This role offers exposure to diverse HR processes and systems in a dynamic environment. The position requires a bachelor's or master's in a related field, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support business decisions.
• Assist in regular HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, movements).
• Support workforce planning and organizational design activities.
• Maintain and update organizational charts and HR databases.
• Assist in analyzing organizational structure and data accuracy across HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.
• Prepare presentations and insights for HR and leadership meetings.

Job description

As an HR Controlling and Organization Analyst, you will support the HR team by transforming people data into meaningful insights that help drive business decisions. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development teams, contributing to the activities related to workforce planning, digital platform updates , reporting, and people analytics. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to several operational HR processes, systems and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support business and people-related decisions.
• Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, and employee movements.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design activities.
• Maintain and update organizational charts and HR databases.
• Assist in analyzing organizational structure
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.
• Prepare presentations and insights for HR and business leadership meetings.

Your Experience & Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about people strategy and organizational dynamics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

Gross annual salary no less than: € 33.000

The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
