Job summary

team.blue is appointing a senior HR Insights & Analytics Manager to build the people analytics capability across 17 countries. You will design data standards, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable dashboards for divisional leaders and the CHRO.

As the analytics backbone for salary reviews, merit cycles, and pay-gap reporting, you will enable strategic decision-making and help quantify workforce risks and opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence.
• Proven track record of building HR analytics capabilities from an early stage.
• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms; familiarity with engagement survey tools (Culture Amp) and ATS platforms.
• Background in a company that has undergone transformation or shift to an integrated operating model is a strong advantage.
• Experience presenting people data to senior leaders including CEOs and board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework with consistent definitions and data standards.
• Lead remediation of HiBob data quality and ensure clean input at source.
• Define and implement mandatory reporting standards (headcount, attrition, vacancies, cost to plan, payroll accuracy).
• Build and maintain division-level dashboards giving HR Directors and CEOs real-time views of metrics.
