Job summary

ST is seeking an HR analytics professional to collaborate with HR Analytics to build an HR reporting and projection tool that supports events analysis, decision making and forecasting. You will design data flows, implement ingestion pipelines, and create powerful visualizations using PowerBI to deliver actionable insights for global ST locations.

Strong data analysis, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Statistics and advanced data analysis for HR data.
• Dashboarding and data visualization to support HR reporting.
• Stakeholder management across global HR teams.
• Proficiency with PowerBI or Tableau and data tools.
• Programming skills in Python/SQL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Analytics to build HR reporting and projection tools.
• Design data flows and ingestion pipelines from multiple sources.
• Transform and normalize data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop complex analyses to extract actionable insights.
• Create customized PowerBI visualizations per HR/business requests.
• Validate data and implement testing strategies and QA processes.
• Gather requirements from ST locations worldwide and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify and fix data bugs and issues.
