Job summary

Aon in Milan is seeking an Advisory Analytics Manager – EMEA to lead advanced analytics engagements on workforce, pay equity, and talent topics for clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will work with large client datasets, define data strategies, and translate complex results into practical recommendations for HR leaders, with a focus on storytelling, commercial impact, and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with statistical methods and analytical techniques (regression, hypothesis testing, segmentation, trend analysis).
• Hands-on experience with large HR, reward, compensation, and workforce datasets using Python, R or SQL for data manipulation and QA.
• Experience delivering analytical work in consulting or corporate analytics with multi-country contexts, preferably in pay equity, compensation, or HR analytics.
• Strong capability in data visualization and insight communication using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with good judgement on data limitations and proactive in solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate large, sophisticated client datasets to identify workforce, reward, and talent patterns including pay equity issues and data anomalies.
• Lead analytics engagements from problem definition through data prep, modeling, validation, and interpretation across pay equity, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
• Translate quantitative outputs into clear narratives and practical recommendations for HR and leadership teams.
• Define data strategy, analytical framework, control factors, modelling approach, and outputs balancing technical depth with commercial feasibility.
• Develop client proposals by understanding and translating requirements related to compensation fairness and people analytics.
