Job summary

Identis is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join our Turin-based team. You will be the main point of contact for HR administration, payroll, and employment contracts, handling the end-to-end employee lifecycle in Italy and Switzerland and coordinating with payroll providers.

The role demands strong knowledge of HR processes, Italian payroll, and CCNL Metalmeccanico, with a keen eye for accuracy and deadlines. English proficiency is required, and experience with Swiss payroll is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, Personnel Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and payroll processes.
• Solid experience in managing Italian payroll.
• Swiss payroll experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to independently review and verify payslips and payroll data.
• Good knowledge of Italian Metalworking CCNL and Italian employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR administration lifecycle, from hiring to termination.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Manage and monitor time and attendance, holidays, leave, absences and related matters.
• Coordinate payroll processes for Italy and Switzerland with external consultants.
• Collect, verify, and submit monthly payroll data and variables.
• Review payslips and ensure correct application of salary elements.
• Maintain relationships with labour consultants, payroll providers, and HR partners.
• Ensure correct application of CCNL Metalmeccanico and related contractual provisions.
• Oversee severance indemnity (TFR), bonuses, welfare benefits, and pension funds.
