Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking an HR Administration and Payroll Manager Italy to lead the payroll team for ~3,000 employees, ensuring compliance with Italian legislation and company policies.

You will coordinate monthly payroll processing, manage external payroll providers, and support incentive scheme administration under the supplementary company agreement. Strong English and Italian regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field.
• Extensive experience in personnel administration and payroll in Italy within complex organisations.
• Strong accounting expertise and knowledge of CCNLs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR administration and payroll activities with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate collection and validation of monthly payroll inputs with HR Managers.
• Oversee employee lifecycle from hiring to salary reviews and incentive payments.
• Ensure timely submission of accounting data and mandatory tax filings.
• Manage audits, labour inspections, and external payroll providers.
• Monitor HR data quality and confidentiality; drive process improvements with SAP HR.
