Golden Goose invites applications for a 6-month, full-time HR Administration Intern role based in Marghera (VE). You will assist with onboarding through offboarding, maintain employee data, and support payroll-related processes across Italy, Europe, and the Middle East in a fast-paced international environment.

The role requires a university degree or ongoing studies in Economics or Law, strong English, and good Excel/Office skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Competenze

• University degree or current pursuit in Economics, Law or related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Support onboarding to offboarding including documentation for new hires, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems and ensure archiving of documents.
• Assist in gathering attendance, leave, and benefit information and payroll changes.
