The Hoxton Rome is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Lead to ensure every guest room and public area meets brand standards. You will mentor the housekeeping team, train colleagues, and help maintain a spotless, welcoming hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards.
• Support hotel operations to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example.
• Train and support team to maintain high standards.
• Oversee cleaning of bedrooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with external housekeeping provider.
