Job summary

The Hoxton Rome is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team in delivering spotless guest rooms and public areas, aligned with the brand standards. You will work hands-on to train staff, monitor cleanliness, and collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and external providers.

Housekeeping Supervisor – Part time (F/M/X)

The Hoxton Rome is our tenth Hoxton Hotel and boasts 192 rooms suitable for any type of stay. Come and enjoy our delicious desserts and coffee at our Cugino Bar, where you can relax and enjoy the rays of the Italian air. Or head to Elio, a restaurant designed to express the flavors, ingredients, energy, and joyful hospitality of long meals with friends on vacation. The Apartment, as we call it locally, is our only concept of meeting and event space. It consists of 5 rooms communicating with our kitchen area and all its spaces follow a unique and welcoming style!

Job Description

What you’ll do…

Responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained.

Support the running of our hotel by ensuring our guests have a memorable experience in a spotless and well put together room.

Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, creating an environment that lets them be themselves and bring their best selves to work, encouraging their development and progression

Take a hands‑on approach to training and supporting your team in keeping to our high standards.

Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all our bedrooms and public areas.

Work with our Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper on maintaining and developing the partnership with our external housekeeping provider.
