Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is offering a 6-month internship in the Sales & Catering Department. Based in Milan's Fashion District, you will assist with rooming lists, F&B requirements, transfers, and event logistics while learning contracts and client communications.

Excellent Italian and English communication and strong time-management are essential; the program includes training, a monthly net allowance of €500, meals, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the relevant departments to manage rooming lists, F&B requirements, transfers and transport, as well as account and billing instructions related to groups, events, and transient bookings.
• Support the Managers in daily communication with agencies and clients and assist in preparing proposals and contracts.
• Learn to verify and ensure all involved departments have the most up-to-date information regarding group, event, and VIP clients prior to their arrival, and assist in preparing related documents.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Sales & Catering Department

What will you do

• Collaborate with the relevant departments to manage rooming lists, special arrangements, F&B requirements, transfers and transport, as well as account and billing instructions related to groups, events, and transient bookings.
• Support the Managers in daily communication with agencies and clients and assist in preparing proposals and contracts.
• Learn to verify and ensure all involved departments have the most up-to-date information regarding group, event, and VIP clients prior to their arrival, and assist in preparing related documents (e.g., Banqueting orders, Group Resumé, menus, internal memos, etc.).
