Job summary

voco Malta is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver the distinctive voco experience.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, coach teams, and ensure exceptional guest service, while managing commercial objectives. This role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a passion for hospitality; local knowledge of Malta is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations.
• Experience in a senior hotel leadership role is an advantage.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations in line with brand standards.
• Develop and motivate teams through coaching and performance conversations.
• Support General Manager with strategies and priorities.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure financial performance and manage costs.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
