Job summary

Kroll is seeking an Associate Director in the Real Estate Advisory Group, Hospitality, to lead valuation and advisory engagements across hospitality, leisure and real estate markets. You will manage client relationships, guide engagement teams, and contribute to growth initiatives while delivering high-quality analyses and presentations.

The role requires strong valuation acumen, advanced financial modelling and a track record of developing opportunities with international clients.

Qualifications

• Significant hospitality real estate valuation/ advisory/ consulting experience.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation and advisory engagements across hospitality, leisure and real estate sectors.
• Oversee preparation and review of valuation models, analyses, reports and client presentations.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple engagement teams and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Provide strategic advice on acquisitions, disposals, development opportunities and portfolio assessments.
• Review valuation methodologies and challenge assumptions where needed.
• Support business development through pitches, proposals and client relationship management.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to leadership development.
