BVLGARI is seeking a Heritage Archive Manager in Italy to safeguard and maximize the use of its 140+ years of archival heritage across jewelry, watches, and accessories. You will oversee archival processing, digitization, and access, ensuring past insights inform future creative development.

Reporting to the Heritage department, you will coordinate external providers, implement electronic archiving for born-digital records, and explore AI applications to enhance research and exhibitions.

Competenze

• Master's degree in archival studies, documentation, information science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISAD-G and ISAAR standards.
• Knowledge of IT solutions for records management.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar archival role.
• Interest in jewelry and luxury industry is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee processing of historical archives and creation of ISAD-G finding aids.
• Coordinate external archival service providers and ensure quality.
• Define archival procedures and retention schedules; train teams.
• Lead electronic archiving for born-digital records.
• Plan and monitor archive digitization campaigns with indexing.
• Promote AI applications in archive management and heritage projects.
• Coordinate oral history campaigns and interviews.
• Present archives to internal and external audiences.
