BD Milano is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare automation projects. You will define scope with stakeholders, craft detailed plans, coordinate vendors, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM, strong communication in Italian and English, and proficiency in MS Project, Jira or Asana, plus CAD knowledge. Travel may be required. Join a global leader in medical technology.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in healthcare, automation or pharma.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Lead and manage entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.

• Perform risk management and contingency planning.
• Track performance and report status to stakeholders.
