AlfaDocs is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Milan to help healthcare practices adopt our cloud-based platform. You will guide onboarding, tailor workflows, and deliver training to doctors and staff, coordinating milestones and risks along the way.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in CS/onboarding, strong communication, and CRM experience. The role offers a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 3-day in-office, 2-day remote hybrid model and a salary of 30K–32K plus bonus.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, consulting, implementation, or sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized.

Mansioni

• Guide customers through onboarding journey from kickoff to adoption.
• Understand workflows and recommend best practices to improve productivity.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for doctors and staff.
• Manage onboarding projects with milestones and timelines.
• Identify risks and remove adoption blockers proactively.
• Handle challenging conversations while maintaining trust.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, and Product for seamless experience.
