Lexroom.ai is building a premier analytics function in Milan, delivering trusted data foundations to power product, engineering, and business decisions. You will own the transformation layer, model key metrics, and create self-service dashboards, enabling teams to act on data with confidence.

As the first dedicated analytics hire, you will shape the stack (BigQuery, dbt, Pub/Sub, Python) and work with executive sponsorship to drive measurable impact in a fast-growing legal-tech company.

Competenze

• 3+ years of analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analyst with engineering mindset.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on dbt experience.
• Strong BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouse experience.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data testing, and docs-as-code.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and lightweight ETL.
• Experience delivering data models for multiple stakeholders (product, engineering, business).
• Fluent English; Italian is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Own the data transformation layer from raw sources to trusted datasets using dbt on BigQuery.
• Model analytics events, engineering metrics, and business KPIs into self-service data models.
• Build and maintain dashboards and semantic layers for Product, CS, and Sales teams.
• Implement data quality frameworks with tests, freshness checks, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve event tracking and data contracts at source.
• Instrument and measure model performance with AI & Search Platform teams.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses on feature impact and user behavior.
