Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to build and lead the operational backbone of a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture. Based in Europe with remote-first flexibility, you will shape operating models, payment processes, and banking partnerships to enable a scalable launch and sustained growth.

You will drive onboarding, risk-aware controls, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, product, and executives to expand into international markets.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in crypto banking or crypto-enabled financial services.
• Proven ability to build operating models and scalable processes.
• Strong knowledge of payment operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design the overall operating model for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Oversee onboarding, payment processing, settlement, and client delivery.
• Establish controls, KPIs, and reporting for growth and compliance.
• Build partnerships with banks and payment providers; manage risk.
• Recruit and develop a lean operations team and budgets.
