Jobgether is seeking a Head of Content and Editorial to shape content strategy and editorial standards for a product-focused technology business. This leadership role combines exceptional writing with strategic thinking, team development, and a strong focus on measurable performance.

You will lead a small team of writers, ensure content quality, and manage AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency without compromising editorial integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams of writers and maintaining high content quality.
• Outstanding editing and copywriting skills with the ability to polish drafts into compelling material.
• Practical experience using AI tools to create, edit, and improve content while maintaining originality and clarity.
• Comfort with content metrics, evaluating results, and using data to guide editorial decisions.
• Strong editorial judgment with confidence to test ideas and measure impact.
• Background in technology, software, SaaS, or technical content with ability to explain product value.
• Ability to align editorial priorities with customer needs, product positioning, and marketing goals.
• Proactive, hands-on working style for independent execution and problem solving.
• Genuine interest in products, customers, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in high-quality editorial environments prioritizing quality over volume.
