Team.Blue seeks a Head of Business Development to scale the BDR function across Europe and beyond. You will shape the strategy and playbook, coach leaders, and align BDR with Sales and Marketing to drive growth in a fast-growing influencer marketing platform.

You will operate at strategic and hands-on levels, owning and evolving the BDR strategy, adapting prospecting to markets, and ensuring performance accountability with a data-driven mindset.

Formación

• 3+ years in BDR/SDR leadership with manager oversight.
• Strong B2B SaaS experience in a scaling organization.
• Strategic yet hands-on leader who can develop strategy and playbook.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with data-driven decision ability.
• Experience implementing and managing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Cognism, Claude, Clay, Apollo.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the BDR organization across multiple markets.
• Set expectations, performance standards and accountability for the BDR function.
• Support managers with performance management, development and career progression.
• Build management practices to ensure structure and support for high performance.
• Own and evolve the BDR strategy and playbook (inbound/outbound).
• Adapt prospecting strategies to different markets and segments.
• Test and implement new approaches to improve prospecting, qualification and conversion.
• Monitor key metrics (meetings booked, SQLs, sales contribution) and analyze performance.
• Improve processes, systems and tools supporting the BDR function.
• Ensure adoption of the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Cognism, Claude, Clay, Apollo).
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align BDR activity with go-to-market strategy.
• Represent the BDR function in wider commercial discussions.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational decisions affecting BDR.
