Job summary

Centro Studi Alexandria Srl seeks a Senior Head of Admissions to attract and drive student enrolments, building relationships with prospective families and collaborating with stakeholders in the admissions process.

The role oversees lead conversion generated by the marketing team, reports to the Head of the School with strategic input to the Regional Head of Admissions, and offers a discretionary 10% bonus on targets in addition to a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Excellent command of Italian; English is an advantage.
• Familiarised with both Italian and international markets; data aware and tech-savvy.
• Experience in the commercial service sector, ideally in education recruitment, enrolment and retention.
• Strong data management and analytical skills; proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective parents and stakeholders on value proposition across all sales channels and implement admissions process.
• Lead lead nurturing, follow-up, tours and meetings to convert leads into enrolments.
• Organise and run open days and recruitment events, includingvirtual and presential formats.
• Monitor recruitment activities and ensure admissions targets are met.
• Maintain and optimise the CRM system, generate reports, and manage admissions data.
• Coordinate admissions team and drive a high-performance culture.
