Jobtailor in Milano is seeking a technical support specialist to act as first contact for customers seeking assistance by phone or email, performing remote troubleshooting and guiding users to resolution.

You will collaborate with support teams to investigate issues, analyze logs, and propose actionable solutions, requiring Linux server experience, Tomcat/Nginx/Apache knowledge, scripting skills, and good English."

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT high school diploma.
• Good knowledge of Linux Server.
• Experience with Web/App servers (Tomcat, Nginx, Apache).
• Basic knowledge of HA frameworks (Veritas/Monit/RHCS).
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and analyze logs.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python on UNIX/Linux.
• Strong English and teamwork/communication skills.
