Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a DC Advanced User to support daily warehouse operations and act as a key link between operational teams and system administration. You will help ensure operational excellence, quality, and efficiency across the Distribution Centre.

You will interact with the Logistics team, warehouse operations, team leaders, system specialists, IT partners, and external stakeholders to ensure systems support efficient inbound and outbound flows and a smooth movement of goods.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution centre operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and operational processes.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse flows and related system support activities.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or operational support to colleagues.
• Ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a DC Advanced User , you will provide efficient system support to daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution of system processes and acting as a key link between operational teams and system administration. Your expertise will help secure operational excellence, quality, and efficiency across the Distribution Centre.

• Supporting end users with daily system-related operational activities and issue resolution.
• Conducting system clean-up activities, basic troubleshooting, and providing feedback to system specialists.
• Training and coaching end users and team leaders on new system functionalities and process improvements.
• Supporting incident management activities, including reporting and participation in operational bridge calls when required.
• Identifying and proposing opportunities to improve system processes and operational efficiency.
• Contributing to system implementations, updates, and project rollouts.

You will be part of the Logistics team, working closely with warehouse operations, team leaders, system specialists, IT partners, and external stakeholders. Together, you will ensure that systems support efficient inbound and outbound operations while enabling a seamless flow of goods throughout the Distribution Centre.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full-time, permanent role. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts from €28'000,00. The final offer will be determined based on professional experience, skills, and specific qualifications.
