H. Essers Italia is seeking a Training and Competence Coordinator to oversee education and training for operators, assistants and foremen in the warehouse, ensuring quality and safety for customers.

You will define expectations, keep work instructions current and guarantee operator competencies. You will manage training records and reporting in Workday or a similar LMS, map development needs, and act as a 5S ambassador on the shop floor while reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, logistics or warehouse operations.

YOUR TALENTS

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sense of responsibility, both in terms of quality and safety
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, logistics or warehouse operations
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience in managing training records, reporting and administrative processes
• Preferably knowledge of logistics processes
• Constructive in formulating problems and solutions
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively with both operational teams and management
• Availability to join the organization by end of the year (October 2026)
