Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Process Improvement Coordinator within Guest Services to drive efficiency across cross-functional projects. You will coordinate with leadership to plan and execute action plans aligning resources, training, and timelines for continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes UAT support, IT liaison duties, and calendar management, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or related field.
2 years in fast-paced call center or project management support role.
Minimum 5 years in call center or customer service environment.
Proven analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and find solutions.

Responsibilities

Audit internal processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
Research issues and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Provide support throughout all phases of project life cycle including UAT for tech updates.
Act as IT liaison by prioritizing IT roadmap and completing UAT for software updates.
Manage project management calendar, track activities and report progress.
Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and coordinating training.
Complete tasks assigned by Manager efficiently and timely.
Support development and implementation of tools, training, SOPs, and reference materials.
