IWG is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead a busy centre with autonomy and resources to run it like your own business. You will be responsible for all on-site performance, solve problems, deliver tours to prospective customers, upsell to existing customers, and ensure world-class service that turns visitors into brand ambassadors.

The ideal candidate has experience hitting targets with a small team, can run a flexible workspace centre or similar site with a high level of customer focus,
