Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an Operations and Client Success Manager to join a fast-growing luxury hospitality brand. You will bridge guest experience, operations, and growth, leading a team to uphold premium standards across properties.

Responsibilities include rapid guest communications, owner updates, SOP development, and driving revenue through targeted outreach. A real estate or hospitality background and strong English skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in Real Estate or Hospitality.
Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
Experience with Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, and Discovery Calls.
Proficiency with Slack and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

Oversee guest communications with a tight response time to ensure a premium experience.
Manage ongoing communication with property owners and provide timely updates.
Refine workflows and create SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
Drive supplemental sales activities to grow revenue.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and Focus of the Month.
Lead initiatives that think like an owner to improve the bottom line and guest satisfaction.
Ensure properties meet luxury standards and operational excellence.
