Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a front-of-house team and drive an exceptional guest experience. You will coach and onboard staff, manage scheduling, and help achieve sales KPIs while maintaining smooth center operations.

As part of the Center Leadership Team, you’ll partner with the Center Sales Director to foster a guest-focused culture and elevate performance, with strong earning potential and benefits in a full-time hourly role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or similar
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling tools is preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and guest-service mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Coach for sales goals and KPI attainment, with real-time feedback
• Oversee scheduling, payroll considerations, and daily personnel management
• Support center operations, cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Drive guest acquisition, retention, and retail initiatives
• Maintain a guest-ready front desk and shared spaces
