Russotti Gestione Hotels Spa is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join the Milan Marriott Hotel team. The role acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing all property operations and ensuring hospitality excellence across lobby and public areas.

You will collaborate daily with departments to resolve guest issues, interpret Marriott standards, and drive a welcoming, efficient guest experience aligned with brand philosophy.

Competenze

• Experience 4–5 years in guest services, front desk, or related area.
• OR 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.

Mansioni

• Lead guest services teams and supervise lobby and public areas.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with diplomacy.
• Collaborate with departments to improve guest experience and feedback.
