Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience, drive sales, and support management with daily administrative duties. You will engage guests, explain products and services, and tailor interactions to individual needs.

You will also handle check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, and keep the lobby environment clean and organized while following dress code and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
