EWC Growth is seeking a Center Sales Director who will lead daily center performance, develop a winning team, and create an elevated guest experience. You’ll own sales, service quality, and operational execution while coaching staff to achieve ambitious targets.

You’ll drive local marketing, manage center KPIs, and cultivate a high-energy culture. This role requires luxury-service mindset, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering results in retail or spa settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Team leadership and talent development.
• Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Guest service and sales expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Full-time, open availability with evenings/weekends.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Analyze results and turn insights into action.
• Build local partnerships through events to add new guests.
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive sales and guest experience.
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
