Cloud 7 Hotel Roma, part of Kerten Hospitality, seeks a Front Office Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with accuracy. You will provide local information and assist guests in English and Italian, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

The role involves coordinating with Housekeeping and F&B, following standard procedures, and maintaining records in the PMS. 8-hour shifts, weekends may be required, with growth opportunities within KH’s global platform.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Front Office/Reception experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS.
• Build positive relationships with guests through attentive service.
• Utilize hotel systems to manage reservations and guest services.
• Share guest feedback and suggest service improvements.
• Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions.
