EDITION Hotels in Rome seeks a seasoned Front Office Manager to oversee Bell Staff, switchboard, guest services, and retail operations. You will manage daily front desk activities, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing departmental performance.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong leadership, and a focus on financial and service excellence. On-site, full-time position with Marriott International’s EDITION brand.

Competenze

• Experience leading front desk or guest services teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and financial awareness is required.
• Background in hotel operations and guest satisfaction is preferred.
