PTV Logistics, a leading software company for transportation logistics, seeks a RevOps Systems Lead to build and scale the GTM technology stack. You will own architecture, data infrastructure, and automation across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will design scalable data models, governance, and automated workflows while delivering dashboards for revenue visibility and strategic insights. Join a team driving continuous improvement in revenue operations.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
Deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, and/or subscription management systems such as Chargebee.
Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal.

Mansioni

Lead our systems team to evolve the GTM technology stack with scalability and reliability.
Design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and approvals.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows.
Establish governance frameworks for data quality, consistency, and compliance.
Build dashboards and reports on customer insights, subscriptions, conversion, and revenue performance.
Lead system enhancements from requirements through deployment and user adoption.
