Page Executive in Milan is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to work closely with Ownership during a growth phase. Reporting directly to Ownership, the COO will be responsible for coordinating the company's key functions, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, operational performance, and business development initiatives. The role will oversee Operations, Service, Logistics, Quality, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Human Resources, playing a critical role in driving growth, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
The search is aimed at executives accustomed to operating in entrepreneurial environments with actively involved ownership, characterized by strong leadership, pragmatism, and a hands-on execution mindset.
The COO will partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Ownership in the day-to-day management of the company, acting as a key bridge between shareholders and the organization's core business functions.
