Satispay is seeking a Head of Brand to own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, driving impact across touchpoints and growth initiatives. You will lead a high-performing team, set brand rituals, and ensure performance-driven branding that aligns with company OKRs.

The role requires relocation to our Milan office, with a focus on building a globally resonant brand identity and collaborating with Growth and Product to accelerate acquisitions and retention.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction.
• Deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes, and multi-channel campaign production.

Mansioni

• Own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging storytelling with measurable business impact.
• Lead and mentor the brand team, establish rituals and tools for high-quality output.
• Drive brand activation across ATL and BTL channels and build influencer strategy.
• Partner with Growth and Product to align brand initiatives with acquisition and retention goals.
• Define KPIs for brand awareness and consideration and tie decisions to OKRs.
