Treatwell is seeking a full-stack engineer to join the Product Engineering team, focusing 60% on Front End and 40% on Back End, to support Growth and Marketing across 13 markets.

You will work with React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and DevOps practices, collaborating with marketing and growth stakeholders to improve discovery, SEO foundations, and conversion, while maintaining engineering quality.

Competenze

• Proven experience owning production-grade web applications end-to-end (mid/senior level).
• Ownership of features from database to UI with no handoff.
• Ability to think in systems and consider upstream causes.
• Product-minded with user-centric focus.
• Data-driven and hypothesis-led; measure impact with evidence.
• Ability to partner with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Act as technical partner for marketing requests; balance speed and quality.
• Able to progress in evolving or complex domains with clarity.
• Experience with SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth product areas is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, etc) a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Italy or Spain with right to work.
