Eight Sleep is hiring a Frontend Web Developer Engineer to move fast on eightsleep.com, shipping landing pages and running high-volume A/B tests with the growth, marketing and design teams.

You will own the analytics stack, optimize conversion, and build for a global audience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.

This is a hands-on, high-velocity role with equity participation and rapid career growth in a culture of excellence.

Competenze

• 5+ years in front-end web development.
• Strong React and Next.js experience.
• Hands-on product analytics experience (Amplitude/GA4).
• Experience designing and running experiments.
• Familiar with GTM and data privacy implications.
• Ability to ship quickly across regions and languages.

Mansioni

• Build marketing pages and campaign sites; translate designs into accessible components.
• Run end-to-end experiments, design tests, and interpret results.
• Create scalable, templated systems for rapid page launches.
• Own the analytics stack; ensure accurate event tracking and privacy compliance.
• Optimize conversion across funnels, promos, emails, and CTAs.
• Maintain SEO, metadata, sitemaps, and accessibility.'
