TuoTempo, part of the Docplanner group, seeks a Full Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end from backend to user interface. You will work with React/TypeScript on the frontend and PHP on the backend, evolving toward a microservices architecture with AI at the core.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship features, write tests, and monitor production, while growing with our remote-first culture across Italy and Spain.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).
• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years building and shipping web applications.
• Solid experience with modern frontend architecture (preferred React and TypeScript).
• Solid backend skills. PHP or TypeScript experience is highly valued, but we also welcome candidates with solid backend experience in other languages (e.g. Java, C#, Go, Rust) who are eager and comfortable working with PHP.
• Good command of SQL databases.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Comfortable working across the full stack.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Design, build, and maintain product features end-to-end, across frontend and backend.
• Deliver features on our current PHP backend and contribute to its evolution toward a modern, microservices-based architecture.
• Build user-facing interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Write clean, well-tested code (unit, integration, end-to-end) and take part in code reviews.
• Make the most of modern AI tooling in your day-to-day development.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to ship and monitor features in production.
