TuoTempo is seeking a Remote-first Full Stack Engineer to join our team building the next generation CRM for healthcare providers. You will own features end-to-end, from backend PHP to React UI, influencing architecture and product quality.

You’ll work with a modern stack, embrace AI tooling, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver scalable software used by clinics and patients.

Competenze

• 3+ years building and shipping web applications.
• Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid backend skills; PHP or TypeScript preferred; openness to other OO languages.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Ability to work across the full stack and collaborate with product and QA.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain features end-to-end across frontend and backend.
• Deliver features on PHP backend and contribute to its evolution.
• Build user-facing interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Leverage AI tooling in development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to ship features.
