Treatwell is seeking a growth-driven full‑stack engineer to join the Product Engineering team, focusing 60% on frontend and 40% on backend across Marketplace projects. You’ll help improve discoverability, performance, and conversion, collaborating with marketing and growth stakeholders while maintaining engineering quality and delivering impact across 13 markets.

• Own production-grade web applications end-to-end from database to UI
• Think in systems and trade-offs, not just tickets
• Product mindset with user-focused decisions
• Data-driven and hypothesis-led, measure impact
• Partner with non-engineering stakeholders to translate growth needs into technical options
• Able to operate in a fast-moving growth environment balancing speed and quality

Responsabilidades

• Growth and marketing engineering foundations to support customer acquisition, activation, and retention across Treatwell's markets
• Improve discoverability for search engines and users without turning the role into a pure SEO task
• Instrument work, support testing frameworks, and validate ideas with data before scaling them
• Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows
• Own services end-to-end from architecture through deployment with a DevOps mindset
• Translate growth opportunities into clear engineering work and maintain high quality standards
