The Tour Guy is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Account Management and Marketplace teams in Rome. You will drive revenue targets, manage a diverse supplier base, and shape category strategy across European trip markets.

You will own KPIs such as GMV and conversions, negotiate terms, and mentor a high-performing team to scale the business while improving product availability and catalogue quality.

Competenze

• Experience leading account management or marketplace teams in a multi-supplier platform.
• Proven ability to own commercial KPIs (GMV, revenue, margins).
• Strong vendor negotiation and product assortment decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage an Account Management team with revenue and partner targets.
• Own market and category strategy including quarterly priorities.
• Drive supplier acquisition, pricing, terms, and exclusivity decisions.
• Coach team to achieve numbers and address underperformance.
