The Tour Guy seeks a Marketing Director to lead the marketing organization and drive growth across Europe and the U.S.A. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic vision with execution, expanding demand-generation across social, PR, and performance channels.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing, 5+ years in leadership, and a track record of scaling marketing reach and revenue in fast-moving, multi-channel environments.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multi-discipline teams.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or online marketplace/e-commerce preferred.
• Experience managing paid media programs using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with email marketing/automation platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
• Experience with web analytics/attribution tools including GA4 and Looker Studio.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and manage our team carrying social, video, PR, ads, CRM, blog, and newsletter.
• Partner with leadership to translate initiatives into coordinated marketing campaigns.
• Design and oversee full-funnel campaigns for new market launches.
• Own overall marketing performance: KPIs, budgets, weekly reporting.
• Scale our playbook and content strategy across markets.
