The Tour Guy is a leading tour operator and travel marketplace seeking a Marketing Director to lead our marketing organization and drive growth across Europe and the U.S.A. This hands-on leader blends strategic vision with execution, expanding demand-generation and guiding a multi-disciplinary team in social, PR, performance marketing, and CRM.

You'll oversee new market launches with coordinated campaigns, build scalable processes, and champion content including self-created and UGC to boost

Competenze

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, incl. 5+ years in leadership.
Experience in travel, tourism, or online marketplaces preferred.
Proven track record scaling campaigns across paid, email, and content.
Experience with AI to automate workflows and reporting.

Mansioni

Lead, mentor, and manage our team across social, video, PR, ads, CRM, blog, and newsletter.
Partner with leadership to translate initiatives into coordinated marketing campaigns.
Design and oversee full-funnel campaigns for each new market launch, spanning paid ads, email automation, and newsletters.
Own overall marketing performance: set KPIs and budgets, track results weekly, report progress and recommendations to leadership.
Scale our marketing playbooks into new markets.
Champion a content strategy centered on self-created and UGC content to build brand authenticity and reach.
Identify opportunities to scale marketing reach, grow sales, and drive business performance.
