The Level Group in Milan is seeking an Online Store Specialist to manage and develop its e-commerce store, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and delivers a top‑notch customer experience. You will coordinate product uploads, descriptions, translations and imagery, support the editorial calendar and promotions, and monitor availability and pricing to align with plans.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in e‑commerce, a degree in Economics/Management/Marketing, fluency in Italian and English,

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in e-commerce or online store management.
• Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or a similar field.
• Interest in fashion, luxury, design and digital commerce.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Italian and English fluency; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the online store’s content and presentation to reflect brand identity.
• Coordinate product uploads, descriptions, translations and imagery.
• Support the editorial calendar, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor availability, pricing and online merchandising in line with plans.
• Coordinate onsite activities and ensure timely implementation.
• Track e-commerce KPIs and share updates with stakeholders.
