Hard Rock Cafe is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a high-volume cafe, manage P&L and lead senior leadership in maintaining brand standards. You will mentor hourly staff, optimize labor schedules, and drive guest satisfaction while exploring opportunities to grow retail sales through staff and guest interactions.

The role emphasizes customer service, team development, and accountability, with a focus on executing brand standards and delivering an iconic guest experience at the cafe.

Formación

• Proven experience in an Operations Managerial role in a high-volume casual- themed, full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop hourly staff into brand ambassadors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with business acumen.

• Manage department P&L and labor budgets in line with forecasts.
