Hard Rock International is seeking an Operations Manager for our cafe in Veneto, Venezia. This entry-level role, akin to a floor manager, will oversee a department’s P&L, coach staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards while supporting senior leadership in achieving business objectives.

The role emphasizes developing hourly staff into brand ambassadors, managing labor costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences consistent with Hard Rock values.

Competenze

• Experience in a high-volume casual full-service restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and labor costs with budgeting awareness.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee departmental P&L and budget adherence.
• Coach and mentor hourly staff to deliver Hard Rock service standards.
• Manage labor schedules in line with forecast models and budget.
• Run a department/cost center and drive brand standards across the cafe.
