Job summary

Satispay is seeking a MarTech Lead to turn technology, AI and data into the company’s next growth engine. You’ll lead a team of AI engineers and growth managers, own the roadmap, and scale referral systems and data products.

Your day-to-day includes incubating growth features, defining priorities, running experiments, and shipping features that move business metrics. We operate a hybrid model with three days in-office in Lombardy and flexible remote time.

What you’ll be doing

As our MarTech Lead, you’ll be the person who turns technology, AI and data into Satispay’s next growth engine.

You’ll lead a team of growth engineers and growth managers, own the roadmap of what we build, and scale the channels and products that will drive the next chapter of our growth. Referral loops, promotion systems, web apps and AI tools for growth: you’ll own them the way a product owner owns a product. That means defining the problem, prioritising the backlog, running structured experiments and shipping to scale, from first prototype to winning feature.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Incubate the next growth features - Turn raw ideas into experiments and minimum viable products (MVPs) that can become new growth features for Satispay or, just as valuable, a clear learning.

• Be our tech and AI voice in Marketing & Growth - Be the go-to person for how technology and AI can change the way we acquire, activate and retain users.

• Lead and grow your team - Manage and develop a team of 4 (for now!) made up of AI engineers and growth managers, setting a high bar and creating the space for them to own real problems.

• Own the roadmap and the sprints - Define priorities, run planning and delivery for the team, and make sure what we ship moves real business metrics.

• Own and scale referral loops - Take ownership of member-get-member, our referral programme and biggest marketing channel, and design, test and scale referral mechanics for each new Satispay product.

• Build and ship data products - Take projects from quick AI-built prototype to production, from web apps to growth products that can become part of the Satispay product suite, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations and Data.

• Grow Satispay organically - Own our website and landing pages with one goal: organically growing the Satispay user base. That means search strategy, content and technical performance, and a constant cycle of experimentation and conversion optimisation.

• Proven experience - 6+ years of experience in marketing/growth, tech product management and/or software engineering.

• Technical credibility - You’ve shipped production-grade products and can hold a real conversation with engineers about architecture, trade-offs and quality.

• Applied AI & automation mindset - You follow what’s happening in AI and know how to turn it into business-ready solutions that solve concrete problems.

• Growth & referral expertise - You understand funnels, experimentation and conversion optimisation, and ideally you’ve built or scaled referral or viral loops.

• Product mindset & Project Management - You’re comfortable owning a roadmap, prioritising ruthlessly, and taking ideas from 0→1.

• Cross-functional influence - You build trust and alignment with Product, Marketing, Sales and Data, even without formal authority.

• Impact-driven attitude - You’re driven by projects that move real metrics and you’re at ease navigating ambiguity.

We embrace three days per week in-office (Tuesday and Thursday + 1 of your choice), with the option to request extra remote time.

Salary:

€60.000 - €75.000 gross per annum

This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role’s core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
