Marriott International–Sheraton division is seeking a guest-focused reservations and sales coordinator. You will handle guest inquiries, process reservations, and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty. The role requires professional communication, teamwork, and support for the Sales & Marketing function.

The position emphasizes upselling, rewards point handling, and brand-image promotion, with a focus on smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle guest calls, requests, or problems; apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and loyalty.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking reservations.
• Provide general office support to Sales & Marketing (filing, emails, typing, etc.).
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
