Job summary

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is seeking a Groups & Events Coordinator for Arbatax Park Resort in Arbatax. You will manage group information, program details, and service delivery across departments to ensure seamless events and experiences for guests.

The role requires experience in hotel operations and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in PMS and reservation procedures. English is essential, and additional languages are a plus; accommodation is provided where offered.

Qualifications

• Background in hotel operations, group coordination, reservations, or hospitality roles.
• Strong organizational and multi-department coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PMS and reservation procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• English language required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather group information, programs, and client requests from the sales representative.
• Coordinate with Booking Office on stays, rooming lists, and terms.
• Share group needs with Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Technical teams.
• Coordinate welcome services, breaks, group meals, meetings, and events.
• Monitor setups and changes to the program and service delivery.
• Review administrative and accounting data and report discrepancies.
